In order for you to better understand the Policies that regulate the use of the solutions developed by SIZEBAY, we have prepared this brief summary for you. This overview does not replace the full content of the Policies, so we recommend that you carefully read each document afterwards.
SIZEBAY’s TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE are intended to regulate: (i) the use of the services made available by SIZEBAY, through its clients’ e-commerce platform, and also (ii) the access and contents made available on the SIZEBAY website, (iii) the obligations of users, visitors and clients of the platform and website while using the application or accessing the SIZEBAY website, (iv) the responsibility of the parties involved.
The PRIVACY POLICY aims to clarify how SIZEBAY performs the treatment of data during the use and access of its application and website, are also clarified the rights of the holders and how they can exercise them with SIZEBAY.

HOW DOES SIZEBAY OFFER ITS SERVICES?
SIZEBAY’s services are made available on the e-commerce platform in the software as a service (SaaS) modality, which means that SIZEBAY grants the
e-commerce the license to use the software.
WHAT ARE THE USER’S OBLIGATIONS?
The users of the application are obliged to use the services of SIZEBAY always respecting and observing the Policies, as well as the legislation in force, customs, public order, as well as the obligatory requirements demanded for the use and acceptance of the use of the platform.
HOW TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE VIRTUAL FITTING ROOM AND SIZE CHART?
To use the services it is not necessary for the user to register on the SIZEBAY platform, access to the measurement table will be available and to use the virtual fitting room it is necessary that the user fill in some basic information so that the application can recommend the size of clothing and footwear.
The creation of the profile in the SIZEBAY application does not require the user to use his/her first and last name, and may even fill in with fictitious data, if interested in preserving his/her privacy even more.
Minors cannot use the application unless they are represented and/or assisted by their parents or guardians.
WHAT KIND OF DATA DOES SIZEBAY COLLECT?
To provide its services, SIZEBAY may collect profile data, such as last name (optional) age, gender, height, weight, anatomical profile and body measurements. In addition, access registration data and cookie data may be collected, with the objective of improving the user experience and making the application easier to use, without having to supply again data already informed by the user in a next purchase or product analysis.
SIZEBAY may also collect data from the purchase order made in e-commerce, in order to perform analysis between the recommended size and the size actually purchased, in order to improve the services available for size recommendation of garments and footwear.
We clarify that the application of SIZEBAY is concerned with the privacy of its users, thus, the services were developed so that the collection of data is performed without it being possible to identify the data of the holders.
HOW DOES SIZEBAY COLLECT DATA?
Data is collected when the user provides information at the time he or she uses the Virtual Fitting Room and Size Chart services, or through cookies when the user accesses the SIZEBAY application or website.
WITH WHOM CAN SIZEBAY SHATE DATA?
Data sharing can always be done in order to provide a better online shopping experience or to make the application work, so it can be done with: customers and suppliers.
HOW DOES SIZEBAY PROTECT ITS DATA?
SIZEBAY considers the secrecy and the security of the information of its customers, users and visitors extremely important, therefore, it uses Cryptography and Firewall technology, and will do all that is possible to guarantee the protection of its data and information.
We recommend that you periodically clean the cookies stored in the browser of use, in order to prevent the information collected from being eliminated from SIZEBAY’s database, as well as from other sites accessed.
