Moving towards this goal, Osklen began offering the virtual fitting room, Sizefit, on its e-commerce and, after the implementation, registered the growth of 18.9% of the average sale ticket and an increase of 27.4% in the number of items per check out. In addition, for three consecutive months, the store did not have returns on requests that went through the virtual fitting room.
These and other positive metrics from Osklen confirm the importance of providing accurate and assertive product information to customers via e-commerce, going beyond the piece description and measurements chart, and minimizing purchase-time concerns.

Osklen e-commerce already uses version 4.0 of the Size & Fit, which displays the recommendation on the page, and 13% of product pages have been viewed with size recommendation.

Challenge
Like all fashion e-commerce sites, Osklen faces the challenge of reducing cart abandonment rates and exchanges due to sizing.
Solution
Sizebay implemented the Virtual Fitting Room, Sizefit, which recommends the ideal size for the customers according to their measurements. In addition to accurately calculating their ideal size, the fitting room allows the customer to check all the sizes, whether he prefers a tighter or looser fit, allowing the buyer to choose freely.
Results
Osklen reported a 19% increase in the average sale ticket and a 27% increase in the number of items per order that used the virtual fitting room. This represented a 2% increase in revenue during the period evaluated, moreover, for three consecutive months, the store did not have returns that passed through the virtual fitting rooms. The brand was able to prove the benefits of the Sizefit solution in the first few months.
