Since children’s feet are growing and growing at different rates, buying children’s shoes can be a nightmare for parents. BunniesJR was well aware of the challenges parents face in accurately measuring their children’s growing feet and wanted to make it easier for them to buy the right shoes for their children online.

THE CHALLENGE: BRING THE IN-STORE EXPERIENCE ONLINE

In their physical stores, parents were always asking for advice about how to measure their children’s feet and how those measurements translated into sizing. They greatly valued having someone to provide expertise and physically measure their children’s feet. 

With that in mind, BunniesJR wanted to replicate those valuable in-store experiences online. They wanted to provide online shoppers an experience where expert advice on sizing and how to take feet measurements were easily accessible and user-friendly. 

THE SEARCH FOR A SOLUTION

With a clear goal in mind, BunniesJR began looking for a solution that could meet their demands. The brand evaluated several tools but came across common hurdles. Some tools didn’t provide clear instructions for measurement, while the user experience of others was not as simple as they wanted it to be. Overall, the tools they evaluated lacked the simplicity and clarity they needed to communicate their brand values effectively. 

Enter Sizebay.

Sizebay emerged as the solution that perfectly aligned with their vision of delivering an exceptional online shopping experience while also communicating what their brand stands for. 

THE RESULTS

In the few months of using Sizebay, BunniesJR noticed an expressive decrease in returns, but most importantly, they noticed that shoppers using the tool had much higher conversion rates. With Sizebay, shoppers have become much more confident about their purchases.

In numbers:

  • The average conversion rate of customers who used Sizebay was 9.4% compared to 1.76% for customers who didn’t.
  • Purchases made with Sizebay were 3 times less likely to be returned compared to purchases made without Sizebay, with an average return rate of 5.45% and 17.4%, respectively.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

A few months after implementing Sizebay on their platform, BunniesJR asked some of their loyal customers for feedback. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Customers were happy with the tool and mentioned that it made them more conscious of the importance of choosing the right size. The tool not only resonated with customers but also reinforced the brand’s image as one that prioritizes customer needs.

BunniesJR’s numbers show that Sizebay has already had a huge impact on their online store. Customers who use the tool are much more likely to convert and much less likely to return their purchases.
