Solution

Vila Romana implemented our virtual fitting room, our core and tool that allows customers to input their measurements, and receive the recommendation of which size will suit them better. In addition, it suggests similar products (if they are out of stock on the appropriate size) or encourages purchasing complementary products within the virtual fitting room. Results

Vila Romana reached a 1.15% increase in revenue. The conversion rate comparing customers who used the virtual fitting room with those who did not, had a total increase of 2.80 times. All of this was only possible due to the store’s concern with personalizing the customer experience, and understanding that this was the solution.
